Senior Human Resources SpecialistThis role manages the full employee lifecycle, including benefits, performance processes, HR compliance, and related employee support.Build and sustain positive relationships with employees and managers while promoting a respectful, collaborative workplace.Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accurate HRIS data.Coordinate annual and mid-year performance reviews and the goal-setting process.Create reports and gather data for compensation administration, performance, benefits, and general HR metrics.Administer employee benefits, including renewals, open enrollment, qualifying events, and employee inquiries.Manage leaves of absence by tracking leave activity, coordinating returns to work, and partnering with managers to support compliance and a positive employee experience.Prepare monthly and quarterly HR metrics reports and respond to related inquiries.Support HRIS functionality, data security, and system guidance for managers and employees.Maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and compliance requirements.Administer HR programs, including tuition reimbursement, professional certifications, and training and development.Maintain the compensation program and conduct annual benchmark reviews.Partner with the Recruiter and HR Director to support employee onboarding and offboarding.Serve as a resource for employee questions, grievances, conflict resolution, and performance management.Stay current on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.Assist with company events and employee recognition initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or applicable human resources certifications (PHR, SHRM, etc.) or combination of equivalent education and experience.5+ years of experience in human resources, encompassing benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
