**This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.**

HUB International is a leading global insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty life and health employee benefits investment and risk management products and services. We are seeking a highly motivated highly successful professional to join our team in San Antonio.

As a HUB Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Producer you will have the opportunity to consult with high level decision makers to build and retain a book of business comprised of large complex accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing prospects and appropriate markets to produce new business accounts in accordance with agency and individual goals.
• Prospecting by making cold calls networking with decision makers and building relationships through community involvement and related activities.
• Pursuing growth and business penetration goals by making compelling sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Identifying developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients prospective clients centers of influence in the community and insurance company personnel.
• Providing technical expertise and professional proposals and presentations on Commercial Lines insurance products and services offered.
• Positively interacting with agency team members to ensure client-focused solutions and services are delivered including team mentoring and coaching.
• Obtaining and maintaining required insurance licenses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional sales experience with a proven record of building a book of business and/or an experienced Underwriter in Commercial Lines Insurance. Ideal candidates will have experience in Commercial Lines insurance sales involving valuable business expertise.
• Strong drive for success with solid interpersonal and teamwork skills and the ability to network and maintain long-term high-quality relationships with clients business contacts and colleagues.
• Required to obtain the appropriate state insurance licenses within the timeframe specified by the company typically 60 days from date of hire.
