Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Location: Kelso, WA Join a stable, well-established organization with a collaborative, family-oriented culture and an exceptional benefits package. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to step into a highly visible role, oversee the day-to-day accounting function, and partner closely with executive leadership. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $120,000
• Discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage the general ledger and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes
• Supervise the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions
• Review payroll journal entries and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors
• Maintain internal controls and support ongoing accounting process improvements
• Partner with executive leadership on financial reporting and operational initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience preparing financial statements independently
• Previous accounting leadership or management experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
