St. Michael's Eye & Laser Institute is seeking a motivated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our expanding physician-owned practice in beautiful Largo/Clearwater, Florida.

For more than six decades, our practice has provided exceptional ophthalmic care throughout the Tampa Bay area. Qualifications

MD or DO

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology

Florida medical license (or eligible)

Excellent surgical and clinical skills

Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Interest in long-term practice growth

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward productivity, surgical excellence, and long-term commitment.

First-year earning potential: $400,000–$700,000+

Competitive guaranteed base salary

Productivity-based incentive program with uncapped earning potential
