Registered Nurse - Cath Lab/Interventional

Join a dynamic Cardiac Electrophysiology team as a registered nurse, responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Key Duties Include Performing as a circulator, scrub, or monitor during procedures. Preparing patients and ensuring timely collection of history and physical information. Utilizing critical judgment to assess patients, administer medications, and report abnormalities. Ensuring safe hemostasis and managing vascular devices. Entering patient orders and charges accurately. Caring for critically ill patients, providing education to patients and families, and assisting with perioperative instructions. May perform point-of-care testing and escort families as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN). No prior experience required. Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling. Ability to perform under stress and in a fast-paced environment. Required certifications include BLS, and either ALS or PALS per state regulations. Additional information: Must hold valid licenses and certifications applicable to the work location (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin).
