Volt is immediately hiring for Associate Manager - Direct-To-Consumer in Remote.


As an Associate Manager - D2C you will:


Responsibilities:


Drive D2C Growth & Performance

• Own online sales, conversion, and subscriber growth for D2C business
• Optimize customer experience, checkout, and payment flows to increase conversions
• Lead retention programs (loyalty, referrals, affiliates)
• Leverage MarTech tools (CRM, personalization, A/B testing, first-party data)
• Partner with Finance to manage P&L and compliance

Lead Website SEO & Optimization

• Execute SEO strategies (technical, on-page, AI-driven discovery)
• Improve website performance, UX, and conversion rates (CRO)
• Turn analytics and insights into actionable improvements

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Manage end-to-end D2C projects and agency partners
• Collaborate across IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care
• Deliver data-driven insights and scalable processes
• Stay updated on eCommerce, digital marketing, and emerging trends

This is a full time, contract opportunity.


The ideal candidate will have:


Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and identify optimization and growth opportunities
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Shopify platforms
• Proven project management leadership across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, personalization, and A/B testing tools and capabilities
• Working knowledge of order management systems
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and integrations with IT, 3PL, and ERP/SAP systems
• Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, and Taxon ecommerce P&L and compliance considerations
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing D2C and/or ecommerce businesses, with a proven track record of driving growth
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing external agencies

Pay Range : $40.00 - $44.00 per hour


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
