Role Overview

We are expanding our remote team and seeking personable, resourceful individuals who enjoy helping others coordinate memorable vacations. As a Travel Concierge, you will provide personalized assistance to clients as they explore destinations, select vacation experiences, and arrange the different components of their trips.

Your responsibilities may involve resort vacations, cruises, international getaways, family trips, romantic escapes, tours, transportation, activities, and other leisure experiences. You will serve as a helpful point of contact, keeping important details organized and providing timely communication throughout the planning process.

This role is well suited for individuals who are comfortable working independently, enjoy online research, and take pride in providing attentive customer service. Travel industry experience is not required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with clients to identify their vacation goals, preferred experiences, schedules, and spending ranges
• Explore and evaluate available vacation options using approved supplier resources
• Research resorts, hotels, cruise itineraries, transportation, excursions, tours, and activities
• Present relevant choices and help clients understand available features and inclusions
• Coordinate requested reservations and services through authorized booking platforms
• Review names, dates, pricing details, confirmations, and other reservation information for accuracy
• Organize essential trip information and keep clients aware of important deadlines
• Provide professional follow-up throughout the planning and reservation process
• Assist with general questions, updates, and standard modifications when needed
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate client records
• Develop destination and supplier knowledge through continued education
