Project Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Project Engineer to support a growing engineering team in St. Louis. This individual will work closely with Project Managers to support project execution across civil and structural projects, including roadway, bridge, and large-scale development work. The ideal candidate has strong technical experience, can manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and is comfortable working cross-functionally throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

:Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering project

sDevelop and review project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure alignment with requirement

sCoordinate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to drive project deliverable

sReview project documents for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standard

sAssist in proposal development and technical documentation for new project

sLead or support project meetings and communicate updates with clients and stakeholder

sEnsure projects meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirement

sStay up to date on new engineering practices, tools, and technologie

sSupport both civil and structural project work (roads, bridges, utilities, and developments

Required Qualification

s:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET accredite

d)4+ years of relevant engineering experience (or equivalent at Staff Engineer leve
