You will take ownership of the clinical environment, ensuring that standards of care remain consistently high while also building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among your team of doctors. This is not a purely administrative role—you will remain hands-on clinically, maintaining a structured and manageable caseload that allows you to stay sharp while still leading effectively. Beyond the day-to-day clinical responsibilities, you’ll operate as a true partner to both regional leadership and operational teams, influencing everything from hiring strategy and team development to scheduling, service accessibility, and overall practice performance. You’ll play a key role in aligning medical operations with business objectives, ensuring the practice runs efficiently while never compromising on quality or client experience.
