The Opportunity

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end close
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee and vendor records
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and cash flow management
• Work closely with leadership to improve accounting processes and maintain compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
