RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager FT: 7-3
Qualifications and role of an RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager:
- NJ RN License with previous managerial LTC experience
- Ensures the nursing staff follows facility policy and procedures
- Sets Unit goals and standards
- Consults with physicians as necessary
- Analyzes patient records to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of care
