Insurance Sales Rep

Brownell Insurance Center is a close-knit team in Hampton, NH bringing peace of mind to our community. We're looking for a warm, people-first Insurance Sales Representative to connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through their insurance journey — with both heart and expertise.

Responsibilities

Sell insurance policies tailored to each client's needs
Build genuine, trusted relationships through great service
Guide clients through their coverage decisions with care
Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
Assist with claims processing and provide support throughout the process.
Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends.

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience preferred
Active insurance license (will will help with getting licensed)
Strong communication skills and a warm personality
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Proficiency with standard office software and computer systems.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
