Our ideal applicant will have a CNA license and have weekend availability.Benefits:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, and Vision benefitsFree Meal Every Day!Vacation, Personal Day, Sick Pay, HolidaysLife Insurance401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramWhat will make this individual successful?Leading with optimism & solution focused.Serving team members, residents, and family members.Cultivating a customer service culture within the team.Establishing expectations and holding team members accountable.Creating an engaging and fun work environment.Use and manage Google DriveResponsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following:Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts.Work side by side assisting the Director of Nursing.Conference with families as needed.Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies and other providers.Assisting with CNA/Med Tech In-service training.Follow up on shift change notes.Communicating regularly with Nurse and Executive Director.Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.Ordering supplies as needed.Organizing vaccine clinic and yearly immunization form.Manage budget and spenddown.QualificationsQualifications:Must have current CNA licensePrevious Med Tech experienceExperience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.Great computer skillsProblem solver
