Calling all experienced Real Estate Paralegals! This large global law firm is seeking a Real EstateParalegal to support attorneysin all aspectsof complex real estatetransactions. In this role you will be reviewingtitle and surveydocuments, identifyingproperty issues, coordinatingwith title companiesand vendors, preparingtransaction-related documents, and assisting withdue diligence andreporting. The firm is seeking candidates with prior legal real estate experience, exceptional attention to detail and ownership of work, and a strong commitment to service and integrity for the firm and their clients. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyzetitle commitments, surveys, and related realestate documents toidentify exceptions, liens, easements, encumbrances, and site controlissues. Coordinate with titlecompanies, surveyors, andvendors on titlepolicies, surveys, documentcorrections, and technicalissues, assist with resolving any document discrepancies. Prepare title objectionsummaries, legal descriptions, and title/surveyanalysis materials tosupport attorneys andclients. Summarizekey terms fromreal estate documents, including easements, leases, declarations, and reciprocaleasement agreements. Order, track, and review ALTA/NSPSsurveys foraccuracy and consistencywith title documents. Manage due diligencematerials, document databases, reports and related records. You have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of specialized legal real estate experience. Candidates with prior experience with title and survey matters will stand out! Microsoft and Windows wiz. You are an expert in all things Microsoft and Windows software and are technologically adept at learning new systems quickly. Proactive, prioritize, problem-solver. You demonstrate excellent judgement and skill in your approach and ability to tackle tasks and deadlines simultaneously. The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity.
