Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose clients' mental health concerns, using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, empowering them on their journey of self-improvement and recovery.
• Collaboratively set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and progress in our electronic health record system, maintaining compliance with established clinic policies and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults in various stages of their mental health journeys, as well as children and adolescents experiencing a myriad of challenges. Your efforts will significantly contribute to improving family dynamics, individual well-being, and mental health awareness in the community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with both adult and youth populations, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
