General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as GM or in a senior hospitality leadership role within upscale casual or fine dining
Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor, setting a positive example
Strong background in events, private dining, or experiential hospitality
Creative, business-minded approach to operations and guest experience
Commitment to high standards and attention to detail

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee the complete guest journey, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience
Lead all daily operations to maintain a fine dining standard of service
Develop, plan, and execute chef-driven wine dinners and curated private events
Grow revenue through weddings, private dining, and unique event experiences
Build and inspire a high-performing team committed to service excellence
