Through authentic customer engagement, strong product knowledge, and a passion for the New Balance brand, you will help customers find the right products while contributing to a welcoming and organized retail environment.Position: Part-time Sales AssociateLocation: The Grove Flagship Store (Los Angeles, CA)Store Opening: July 2026Compensation: $18-20 per hour (based on experience)The Grove, CA Retail Only Pay Range: $18.42 - $19.65 - $23.60 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging customers, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and recommending products.Measure and fit customers, answering their questions and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.Represent New Balance brand values – integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction.Process sales transactions accurately.Maintain an organized and well-stocked floor; ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and displayed.Support loss-prevention efforts.Must be at least 18 years of age.Strong customer-service mindset; ability to greet customers, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Physical requirements: Ability to lift between 4-8 lbs; ability to move or assist with moving product up to 50 lbs.
