Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
