Special Needs Caregiver WEEKLY PAY

Exhava Home Care

Job Description

Join Exhava Home Care as a caregiver for clients with special needs . We’re looking for compassionate professionals to provide structured and nurturing support for individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living tasks and routines

Provide behavioral and emotional support

Engage clients in therapeutic or recreational activities

Support communication and social interaction

Monitor health and document progress

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Experience with autism is a plus.

Requirements

1-2 years’ experience is required.
Negative TB test results or chest X-ray documentation in compliance with state regulations.
Legal to work in the U.S.
Active California Home Care Aide registration.
