General Responsibilities

The Barista:

• Helps to maintain positive staff morale
• Ensures excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
• Participates in store development
• Stays knowledgeable about products

On Bar Duties

• Standard bar operation during 3-5 shifts each week.
• Perform close/open procedures.
• Consistently and efficiently prepare excellent quality beverages
• Provide genuine, quality customer service and foster a welcoming and pleasant cafe environment
• Maintain a well organized and clean cafe
