Job description: LVN/LPN Position Details Pay $35.00 - $43.00 per hour Location Thousand Oaks, CA Department Infusion Services Schedule Monday-Friday Shift Day Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Required Qualifications Licensure & Certifications Active California LVN License Current BLS Certification California IV Certification for LVNs Experience Minimum 1 year of LVN experience Epic EMR experience required Outpatient clinic experience preferred Oncology experience preferred Primary Responsibilities Administer injections and medications Access implanted ports Perform peripheral blood draws Start and maintain IV access Administer simple infusions, including hydration therapy Monitor patients during treatment Obtain and document vital signs Communicate patient status changes to RN and providers Provide patient education and support Document care accurately in Epic #J-18808-Ljbffr Hanker Systems, Inc.
