Role Summary The Illustration & Visual Content Designer at Winixx creates the custom illustrations, iconography, and visual assets that give our brand a distinctive and human feel. You will develop visual languages for our marketing site, product onboarding flows, and content marketing — making complex ideas accessible and our brand instantly recognizable. What You\'ll Do Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets for use across Winixx web, product, and marketing touchpoints Develop and maintain the Winixx illustration style guide and iconography library Design visual storytelling assets for the marketing site including hero illustrations, feature graphics, and explainer visuals Collaborate with content marketing on infographics, data visualizations, and editorial illustrations Create product onboarding illustrations and empty state graphics for Winixx Freight and fleetOS Work with the brand team to ensure illustration style is consistent with overall visual identity Adapt illustration assets for multiple formats including web, print, and social media Build a scalable illustration asset library accessible to the full design team What We\'re Looking For 3+ years of illustration or visual design experience in a product or marketing context Strong portfolio demonstrating custom illustration work for digital products or brands Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator Developed personal illustration style with ability to adapt to brand guidelines Experience designing iconography systems and scalable visual asset libraries Strong understanding of how illustration integrates into product and marketing design Bachelor\'s degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field — or equivalent portfolio experience Experience in tech, B2B, or logistics visual design is a plus Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
