The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or LPC) to join our team. You'll have the ability to build your own caseload, set your schedule, and work with clients both in-person at our Bloomington office and via telehealth. In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health counseling to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, manage mental health conditions, and achieve personal growth. Requirements Active, unrestricted Minnesota license (LP, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or LPC) Valid liability insurance Strong clinical skills and a client-centered approach Reliable internet connection and a private, confidential space for telehealth sessions Ability to maintain timely documentation Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, PTSD care, addiction counseling, and behavioral therapy. Strong working knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience conducting intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations within outpatient or inpatient settings. Skilled in crisis management, crisis intervention, behavior management, and social work practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health record systems ensuring HIPAA compliance. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
