Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or license as required for school practice
• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience working in educational environments, preferably K-12
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to interpret psychological and educational testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset for working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to inform eligibility and intervention planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement strategies that address students’ needs
• Provide individual and group counseling as appropriate
• Contribute to development and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver crisis intervention and participate in problem-solving teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and timelines
• Provide consultation and professional development to staff regarding behavioral and social-emotional supports
