They work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans ensuring safe, therapeutic and competent patient care. The team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists and educators.We are looking for someone with:A strong work ethic and desire to participate in and grow a team oriented organizationThe ability to establish empathy and a person-centered approach to patientsThe ability to recognize own limitations and respond to difficult situationsCan skillfully work in a self-motivated and independent mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customersYour Experience Matters What we're looking for:Licensure: Current licensure as a Physician in the State of Illinois, required, board certified or board eligible as a Psychiatrist in the State of Illinois.Education: Completion of an accredited Program (MD) from an accredited school of medicine.
