If yes, here's how you will contribute to the team:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to our patients in the comfort of their home environments in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our patients.

Must Have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
• At least one year clinical or home health work experience as an RN
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Experience in acute care and working in a home environment.
• Experience with Kantime EMR
