What You’ll Do Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home Earn tips for providing excellent service Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role) Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly This Job Is a Great Fit If You: Enjoy working with others in a team environment Like staying active and working in different homes each day Take pride in attention to detail and a job well done Appreciate having clear processes and expectations Are eager to learn and grow in a supportive workplace Enjoy helping people and making a difference in their day Job Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead Available to work daytime hours (ADD HOURS), Monday through Friday Ability to communicate with customers; bilingual skills are a plus (location-specific) Ready for a Fresh Start?
