We are the next generation of workplace health centers.Job SummaryFlu Vaccine Event: This would be assisting in the setup and breakdown of the events in addition to administering vaccines. Location: 250 Vesey St, Floor 18 New York, New York, 10281. Dates: 9/29 -10/1 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Also provide coverage at least 1x/month coverage each month including scheduled PTO dates: 9/9 - 9/11 9/14 - 9/17 9/22 - 9/25.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvides complete patient assessment, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures. Gathers and assesses objective and subjective data from the patient.Documents data and assessments in the patient record.
