Position: Business Support Specialist

Location: Powell, OH 43065
Focus Areas: Finance, Administration Operations Coordination
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and financial records
• Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation
• Support bookkeeping and administrative activities
• Assist with office operations, records management, inventory, and mail processing
• Provide general back-office support to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3+ years of administrative, bookkeeping, finance, accounts payable, or office experience preferred
