Set Your Own Schedule!

This role offers a TON of flexibility, including 34 days per week in clinic or school settings and if a CCC-SLP then 1 day providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision/paperwork, and telehealth services.

Full-time, part-time & contract options available. Compensation may be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate, depending on your preference.

210 Liberty Hill Road, Lumberton, NC 28358 Lumberton offers small-town charm with easy access to weekend adventures. Within two hours, you can enjoy:

• North Carolina beaches such as Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Oak Island, and Sunset Beach
• Lake and outdoor escapes including White Lake, Lake Waccamaw, and Bladen Lakes State Forest

Compensation

• $30-$35 per 30-minute treatment
• $70 per evaluation (Negotiable) OR
• Guaranteed Hourly Rate: $32$41/hour, commensurate with experience

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Cole Pediatric Therapy, You Will:

• Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed)
• North Carolina SLP license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
