Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary Support store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stockroom organization. Help maintain merchandise standards and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Receive, process, transfer, and handle merchandise and freight. Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders. Organize merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing, damages, and inventory controls. Maintain back stock and stockroom organization. Assist with merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown. Follow safety procedures in work areas. Requirements At least 1 year of retail experience. Flexibility to manage competing tasks and a collaborative mindset. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
