Mental and Social Health Corps Team Leader HT 900hr

The Only7Seconds Mental and Social Health Corps will place 16 members across 12 sites with 4 regional Team Leaders to further our goal of expanding understanding, education, and awareness of mental and social health across Washington communities in service of our mission, to end the loneliness epidemic through intentional meaningful connection. Member Duties HT Team Leader Position: The Member coordinates volunteers, plans service events, provides Member support/coaching, participates in & coordinates service events, and co-develops and facilitates training. Team Leaders support onboarding, orientation, and exiting Members. Team Leaders are communication hubs. They are the mental & social health leaders at their sites. They look at community and culture concerns and find ways to infuse connection and social health into the site. Team Leaders convene youth weekly to participate in Club7 and share the Club7 opportunity with youth not yet involved. Team Leaders plan and coordinate quarterly Member social gatherings. Service sites can be community 3rd places or schools. Program Benefits Education award upon successful completion of service , Living Allowance , Stipend , Training .
