Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekdays Only!

Location: Brainerd, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No Nights • No Weekends • No Holidays
Pay: Starting pay, based on expereince $17.25 - $18.00 per hour 
Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

What You’ll Do

Every day brings something new, meaningful, and rewarding! Here's some things you'll do as a DSP at Blue Sky Support Services:

• Provide respectful, person-centered support tailored to individual needs
• Assist individuals in building confidence, independence, and life skills
• Support participation in fun and engaging activities such as arts & crafts, games, movies, community outings, shopping trips, and park visits
• Encourage social connection and meaningful engagement during meals and daily activities
• Safely transport individuals to and from programming, appointments, and community activities
• Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment
