Overview
Travel Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (ER) – Tillamook, Oregon, United States. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 13-week assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift on a 3x12 schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a critical access hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in the ER for an assigned patient group, following the nursing process and approved standards.
- Collect relevant data, assess needs, diagnose care issues, and develop a plan to achieve outcomes.
- Implement interventions, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and promote a safe healing environment.
- Monitor patient status, document progress, administer medications and treatments per orders, and evaluate responses.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and oversee activities of various levels of nursing staff as needed.

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of practice (Oregon) required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required per policy.
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field; acute care/ER experience preferred.
- Education: BSN preferred.
- Additional: Ability to work in a hospital ER environment and in a travel assignment setting; must meet state requirements for licensure.
