Digital Access Enrollment Advocate

Human-I-T in Detroit seeks a Community Enrollment Ambassador to connect residents with affordable internet service and devices through local outreach and in-person enrollment at the Detroit center. You will guide residents from initial conversation through sign-up and activation, documenting enrollments and maintaining strong referral relationships with community partners. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This on-site role may involve evenings or weekends at events. #J-18808-Ljbffr Human-i-t
