Recruiter / Inside Sales

Location: Sidney, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking a motivated Recruiter / Inside Sales professional to support recruiting efforts and client relationship development. This role combines candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement activities with inside sales responsibilities to help meet client staffing needs and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit, screen, and schedule candidates for open positions in a timely manner.

· Conduct phone and in-person interviews to match candidates with client opportunities.

· Manage and prioritize multiple open job requisitions while maintaining accurate records.

· Build and maintain client relationships through cold calling, warm calling, email communication, and onsite appointments.

· Utilize recruiting tools, including job boards, texting platforms, newsletters, and applicant tracking systems.

· Participate in team meetings, training programs, and collaborative office initiatives.

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma required.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

· Associate degree preferred.

· Two or more years of recruiting, staffing, inside sales, customer service, or related experience.

· Experience building client relationships and conducting outbound sales activities.
