Qualifications At least two years of turning wrecks into road‑ready rides. Frame and structural know‑how—pull, straighten, and square it up. No shortcuts mentality — blueprint and fix it right the first time. Sharp eye for detail — committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds. Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs. Team‑first attitude — collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Responsibilities Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs. Full collision repair — from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs. Ensure quality reassembly with fit and finish.
