Service Technician

Job Overview Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Position: Complete Maintenance Technician Schedule: Rotational schedule including some Saturdays. Pay: Flat rate of $21.00 to $24.00 per flagged hour, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections. Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors. Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship. Qualifications Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience required. Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills. ASE certification a plus but not required. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand is a plus. Desire to grow with the team through manufacturer training.
