We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations and directly contributing to customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting internal customers and ensuring the smooth flow of essential products, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain updated information for customers.
• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate records of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact collaboratively with production, procurement, and planning teams for customer order follow-up.
• Resolve customer inquiries and record them efficiently in the support database.
• Maintain and improve the integrity of data within the company's primary enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Apply continuous improvement principles to daily tasks and processes, enhancing overall efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Associate Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, handling internal customer calls and preparing orders for shipment.
• Proficiency in general office skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently.
