Receptionist Position

The Brook Hospitals have been providing quality mental health and addiction treatment services since 1985. The Brook – KMI is a 110-bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults. Job duties include greeting visitors, delivering exceptional customer service assistance, answering calls, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This position also involves performing administrative duties such as processing incoming and outgoing mail. The opportunity is a Monday to Friday full-time position of 40 hours per week with work hours from 3:00PM to 11:00PM.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 0 - 1 years of related experience, and preferred experience as a receptionist in a healthcare related field.
