Job Category Retail Position Summary Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level role that plays a critical part in servicing vehicles. Full‑time and part‑time benefits are available from day one, along with tool program discounts. Pay Range $13.86 – $20.79 per hour. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical. Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes. Install and maintain tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems. Road test vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles. Reading, writing, and math skills. Preferred: experience in automotive service.
