I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding coverage, customer needs, and how to truly help people when it matters most. I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign and am a proud parent of two. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and staying activesnowboarding used to be a favorite before moving to the Midwest. Community involvement is important to me, and I stay engaged through the local Rotary and TEDx, reflecting our commitment to growth, learning, and giving back. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
