Job Description Responsibilities System Installation & Configuration: Assemble and install rooftop PV panels, ensuring systems are configured to site specifications, weather-sealed, and prepared for grid connection. Electrical Assistance: Support licensed electricians with wiring, electrical connections, and integrating panels into the property's main system. Quality Assurance & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines, company policies, and quality standards to protect crew members and property integrity. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine system maintenance, diagnostics, and operational checks as needed. Site Operations & Weather Resilience: Perform installation tasks outdoors across all weather conditions, unless environmental conditions pose an active safety hazard. Work in varying site environments, including rooftops, attics, and crawl spaces. Tool & Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience using hand/power tools for PV panel installation, with basic computer literacy to navigate company tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Paycom, Field Pro). Physical Capabilities: Ability to work at heights on rooftops, navigate confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces), lift up to 50 lbs, and perform prolonged bending, kneeling, and ladder climbing. Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot on-site issues while collaborating effectively in a team environment alongside electricians and technicians.
