This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis\n Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff\n Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes\n Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs\n Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n Dialysis experience required- Hemo\n Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed\n Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays\n Daily schedules may change based on patient needs\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n Current RN license in the state of practice\n Dialysis Experience Required\n ADN required; BSN preferred\n ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required\n CNN/CDN certification (preferred)\n Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n\n Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match\n Paid time off and PTO cash-out\n Family support: parental leave, EAP, child/elder care, Headspace, and more\n Pet insurance\n Joint Commission-accredited inpatient program\n Career development and training opportunities\n\n\nFull vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.\nBe part of a clinical leader in kidney care.
