Procurement Specialist

Supporting procurement and contract execution activities for the Stibnite Gold Project, the full-time remote Procurement Specialist will manage procurement packages throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project objectives and protecting Owner interests. Key responsibilities Manage procurement packages from sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, contract administration, and close-out Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and contractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and risk management Conduct detailed reviews of procurement documentation and maintain accurate records throughout the procurement lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement, contracts, commercial, or supply chain experience in industrial or major capital projects At least 5 years of experience managing procurement packages through pre-award and post-award phases Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles and procurement lifecycle management Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and procurement reporting tools
