This opportunity is for two Clinical Pharmacists to support a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center providing specialized inpatient care. The role focuses on optimizing medication therapy and ensuring safe and effective pharmaceutical practices within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultative services to evaluate and enhance medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare staff, and patients to ensure safe medication administration.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote continuous improvement in pharmacy practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to established medication safety policies and participate in developing best practices.
• Support quality standards and compliance activities related to pharmaceutical care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in pediatric inpatient pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of hospital formulary and clinical pharmacy operations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Schedule & Location:

• Located in Collierville, Tennessee.
• Day/Evening shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM; schedule details will be discussed during the interview.
• Contract position starting November 2nd for a duration of 13 weeks.
