Advisor, Business Operations - Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities Collaborates with system leadership and IT to clarify needs, prioritize requests, and recommend workflow/technology improvements Supports clinical applications and optimizes workflows Participates in interdisciplinary activities influencing decision‑making, education, quality, and research Supports clinical process redesign and operational standardization Provides temporary coverage for care sites, coordinates staffing, daily assignments, surveys, hiring, training, supervision, evaluations, supports staff development, facility upkeep, and reporting Participates in medium‑ to large‑scale clinical/operational projects Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a rehabilitation discipline Current licensure in Physical or Occupational Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology or Audiology 5 years of relevant experience Project management and communication of complex issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EPIC, workflow analysis, documentation, data literacy #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
