Position Type: Full-Time Physician Medical Oncology / Hematology
A full-time opportunity in a comprehensive cancer care setting offering strong support, modern facilities, and an excellent work-life balance. The role includes both oncology and hematology with mostly outpatient responsibilities.
Practice Highlights Comprehensive cancer center (accredited)
4 4.5-day work week with limited home call
90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
Approx. 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology (solid tumors: breast, lung, colon, prostate)
Rapid ramp-up with 30+ new patients per month
Access to advanced imaging equipment (MRI, CT, Ultrasound)
Experienced APPs, nurse navigators, and support team
Clinic located close to radiation oncology, infusion, radiology, and inpatient services
Hospitalist team handles admissions ; oncologist provides consults
Optional teaching opportunities through accredited residency programs
BC/BE in Medical Oncology or Hematology
Eligible for Indiana medical license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Interest in outpatient-focused oncology care
4 4.5-day work week
Limited home call
Majority outpatient with small inpatient consult volume
Credentialing and onboarding support provided
