Member Service Representative

Are you a customer service professional looking for a fast-paced role with a leading health plan? We are hiring Customer Service Representatives in Corona, CA to provide high-quality telephone support to our health plan members. In this role, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone resolving complex inquiries about membership eligibility, benefits, enrollment changes, Medicare, and premium billing.

This position includes a comprehensive paid training program. While this is a remote opportunity, nesting takes place on-site at our Corona facility. Candidates must live within a daily commuting distance, have reliable personal transportation, and maintain a quiet home workspace equipped with hardwired high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download).

Our center operates 24/7/365, with standard shift schedules running Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM PST. Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules within these operational hours, including mandatory weekend shifts once in production.

Responsibilities

Position Summary Serve as a Member Services Representative handling inbound calls regarding plan coverage, claims, eligibility, and billing. Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy.

• Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing.

• Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call.

• Accurately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or healthcare experience preferred).

• High-speed hardwired internet (20 Mbps upload/download required).

• Excellent verbal communication, typing, and multi-tasking skills.

• Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.
