A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead automation initiatives, oversee industrial control systems, and manage a team of controls engineers supporting critical production operations.
This onsite opportunity offers $130,000-$140,000 and is ideal for experienced controls engineering professionals with leadership experience and a strong background in industrial automation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers
- Manage automation projects, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of control systems
- Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA integration projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system issues
- Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
- Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC experience
- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead technical teams in a manufacturing environment
Preferred:
- Manufacturing automation leadership experience
- Project management experience
- Continuous improvement background
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130,000-$140,000 salary range
- Full-time onsite position
